We know from years of experience that housing is not the only support needed to enable people with convictions to rebuild broken lives. That’s why we make sure each of our services has different activities on offer to help our clients develop new skills and hobbies and build confidence in themselves.
Many of our clients enjoy getting involved with arts and crafts, so we have an exciting volunteer opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and positive individual to join us in the role of volunteer Arts and Craft Leader at our housing and resettlement services where we support our clients. Our clients have convictions, and many come with multiple needs, so we are looking for a volunteer who can engage well with this client group.
We are looking for someone to support clients in a variety of creative tasks and projects, to teach and guide them through practical work and experience, and to help to improve their self-esteem and confidence.
Not only will you make a real difference in the everyday lives of our clients, but you will also have a lot of fun along the way.
