Our Directors:
Tracy Wild – CEO (makes all the big decisions for how Langley runs)
Chris Metcalfe – Director of Operations (in charge of the Area Managers and make sure that your services run well)
Stella Wint – Director of Care, Quality and Business Development (makes sure your Care services follow the rules and keep clients safe, and how Langley can grow as a business)
Simon Herbert – Director of Finance and Business Services (makes sure we steward our money well and departments like ICT run well)
Olukemi Jeboda (resigned, now Bernadette Fitzharris) – Director of People (makes sure all staff are well looked after and can do their best work)
Andy Rider – Director of Chaplaincy Service (leads the spiritual life of Langley and protects our image and brand identity)
