What if I don’t have all the documents listed?

That’s ok. Please fill in as much information as you can on the Client Application Form and include the contact details – telephone number and email address – of the person making the referral and the Probation Officer or Offender Manager. Our Referrals Team will get in touch with them if any additional information is required.

Can I talk to someone about my referral before I send an application?

Yes, you can. Our Referrals Manager is very happy to discuss any questions or concerns you have about a referral.

Please get in touch by phone 02476 587 360 or email referrals@langleytrust.org

Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?

Please send as much supporting information and detail as possible to help speed up the process. It will also help if you can tell us which of our services or which area of the country you would prefer the referral to be assessed for. View Our Services page to learn more about our different services.

Can I bring my pet to live with me?

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets.

Can my family live with me?

We only offer shared accommodation and so we are unable to accommodate partners and families. Family and friends over 18 years old can visit but will not be allowed to stay overnight.

Which service is most suitable?

Our services differ and some may be more suitable for your applicant than others. For example, some services provide support for specific client groups. The referrals team will be happy to answer any questions you may have and suggest the most suitable service.
